Filderstadt, December 02, 2021 – All for One Group SE, leading consulting and IT group based in Filderstadt, Germany, has signed the purchase agreement to acquire all shares in blue-zone AG. The acquisition of the Rosenheim-based cloud specialist expands All for One’s customer experience offering with mobile, cloud-based solutions for field service management. The product development house, which has won numerous awards as a Microsoft Azure evangelist from the very beginning, is also to advance the Group’s own product development. The cooperation between All for One and blue-zone in the CX area, which has already existed for several years, will now be intensified through the acquisition and expanded to include the product business. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The financing will come from the company’s own liquid funds.

blue-zone AG is Germany’s leading provider of offline field service mobilization and a proven specialist in cloud-based product development based on Microsoft Azure. In 2020, the company generated sales of EUR 2.2 million and a profitable operating result (EBIT) with its 20 employees.

The core business of the certified Microsoft partner is the development of digital sales and service systems for cloud & mobile computing. The Rosenheim-based company’s best-known product is the polumana® evo mobile field force automation app, which is used by large, global companies such as the FÖRCH group of companies based in Neuenstadt, Germany, 2000 of whose 3,500 employees work in the field alone, to manage their sales force. The sales and service app, which can provide large amounts of data online as well as completely offline, seamlessly networking the office and field service, is provided by blue-zone in the highly scalable, secure and powerful Azure Cloud. The high level of innovation competence on the basis of Microsoft Azure was also recognized by Microsoft, which awarded blue-zone AG the title of Partner of the Year in Germany already in 2015.

Acquisition not only pays off for All for One’s CX division

“With the acquisition of blue-zone, we are, on the one hand, naturally expanding the customer experience offering of our group. We see enormous potential for the mobile, cloud-based solutions for field service management among our 3,000 customers, just as we do in the market. But it’s not just CX expertise that plays a role. Blue-zone is a product developer and well at home in the cloud world. We want to use the know-how and push our product business with blue-zone,” says Michael Zitz, Chief Sales Officer of the All for One Group, explaining the advantages of the acquisition.
