4-day week only for concern or also for medium-sized businesses?

Microsoft is the pioneer of a modern workplace. It is therefore consistent not only to provide employees with the most modern tools for efficient work, but also to make working hours more flexible. This includes work models with a home office component as well as part-time concepts. Microsoft conducted a test run with employees from Japan for one month and received positive feedback from this experiment.

blue-zone AG proves that it is not only a pioneer in the use of new technologies to provide customers with optimal app solutions for mobile working. It is also a pioneer in modern workplace, as it has already enabled a 4-day week for all employees – on a voluntary basis – since February 2019. All employees have received it positively and are taking advantage of this new flexibility. For blue-zone AG, Friday is considered a day off. Some of the employees have stayed with the classic model of a 5-day week. This is the reason why the concept is so successful for blue-zone AG, as it meets the needs of all employees. Nevertheless, a hotline is available 24/7 for the customers. So there are no disadvantages for them either.

Even our board of directors has also decided on a 4-day week and exemplifies the concept of the modern workplace to all employees, both existing and future.
