All technical objects with related service orders—including detailed information for service points—are made available to the appropriate service technician on mobile devices. Anywhere, any time. No matter whether it is a route display, technical master data, spare parts, maintenance and instructions manuals, safety directions, pictures, etc., all information is available by a single touch on tablets. The complete record history of up to 24 months is visible—e.g. alarm protocol, repair request, test report, etc.—even when offline. Service requests and alarms can be quickly processed and easily documented with included checklists. blue-care adopts the integrated route-planner for optimizing driving time to customers and transmits automatically all updated service reports to the ERP-system.
